where we were 40 years ago
40 years ago we were side by side
complete as one
we had mum laid up in hospital with high blood pressure
but still together, the way it should always have been
although the doctors told my mum you would live and I wouldnt it was you that gave your life so I might live mine
and as OUR 40th birthday approaches I know I may have not always lived my life the right way, I know that I've made mistakes but I know that youve always been there to guide me, to pick me up when I fall, to take care of my angel babies and are the best person I could ever hope for for the job .
